I am Jan Bauer — and I write the code myself.

Bauer IT Solutions is owner-led by design: the person who understands your requirements is the same person who owns the architecture and hands over the result. The classic failure mode of software projects — translation loss between sales, project management and development — structurally does not exist here. Behind me stands a large, established engineering team that I bring in whenever a project calls for it: larger builds, several projects in parallel, ongoing maintenance. You get both — a direct line to one accountable lead, and the capacity of a team.

I work to a fixed process with a written specification, fixed price and staging environment — see how I work. Every project is documented for handover, so you are never dependent on me. For international clients: contracts in English or German, collaboration fully remote-capable, CET time zone.
