What drives a project price up or down?
The biggest levers: number of user roles and permissions, interfaces to existing systems, data migration scope, design individuality and reporting depth. In the first call I separate must-haves from nice-to-haves — the price often drops significantly without losing value.
Are there running costs after the project?
Only if you want them. Hosting runs on your own accounts (typically €5–50 per month). Maintenance is optional — source code and documentation are yours, you are never locked in.
